Shipping
We ship worldwide through DHL / FedEx. Delivery time depends on each country. We are not responsible for their delays. Insurance is not included in the price. In case you want your shipment to be insured, please let us know.Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.IMPORTANT: We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
US and Canada: 2-4 business days.
Europe: 4-6 business days.
Everywhere else: between 4 and 7 business days.
Our turnaround time typically ranges from 2 weeks. If you need an order sooner, we will gladly expedite your order for a  rush fee and additional shipping. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm our timeline and create a custom listing that includes the total.

We know that feeling – your perfect piece is well on its way! Once your payment is sorted, we're deep into the production process that usually takes up to 2 weeks. If it's a custom design, plan on 2 to 4 weeks for that unique touch.

Sometimes things don't work out, and we understand. If you wish to return your ring, initiate the process by contacting us at hello@loretorings.com. Here are a few details to consider:
- Engraved rings cannot be returned.
- Custom rings and precious metal rings are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The ring must be in new condition; any wear and tear observed during inspection will incur a refurbishing fee deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the returned ring.
We love a good challenge so, please, if you want a custom model, just let us know and we will try to provide you with a customized solution.
Ensuring the perfect fit for your wedding ring is our top priority. If your initial choice isn't quite right, initiate an exchange by contacting our team at hello@loretorings.com or via WhatsApp at +1 202 773 3646. All non-custom, non-precious metal rings are exchangeable within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unworn condition.
Because of the techniques and materials we employed, rings cannot be adjusted after finished. We will happily exchange rings for different sizes for the 35% of the value of the ring + shipping cost. Please read all of our information about sizing carefully to prevent re-sizing.
Sizing Details
Loreto rings are made to order in the size and width that you choose. We use standard US ring sizes in whole, half and quarter sizes. We can convert any international size.
If you are unsure of your size, please visit a local jeweler to have your finger sized accurately. Be sure the jeweler uses a ring sizer close to the size of the ring. Wider rings will fit tighter and thinner or narrower rings will fit looser. Please be sure to order accordingly.
Care Instructions
When jewelry is worn its surfaces undergo changes. Polish surfaces become more matte. Surfaces that are matte gradually do become shinier. Loreto rings are made to be worn for a lifetime. To maximize the look and durability of your ring we suggest:
- Avoid prolonged contact with water. Regular hand washing is not a problem.
- Avoid chlorine and salt water; remove your ring for swimming in either.
- Avoid harsh chemicals like acetone.Remove your ring for heavy work where it could be smashed or scratched or hung.
All of our rings come with six (6) months guarantee of workmanship, finish, and other defects.
